This is something a little different for me :) There is a little gut punching, some lift & carry, some squashing (no smothering or wrestling) - If the feedback for this video is good - We will do a full boxing match together!
My college athlete friend took up boxing and I reminded him that It wouldn't help!
Please DO more lift carries! What could be even more embarrassing than being carried over your shoulder? Being carried in your arms like a baby / newlywed over the threshold - I would SO buy it!!
