Singletman vs TBiz - Blindfold Gut Punching Challenge

Unfortunately, there aren't very many punches thrown once he's blindfolded. It takes almost three minutes before there are two really good punches. Then the blindfold comes off, and there are another three or four at the end. What’s the deal with the mouth guard?
