🤕 Training Match 4 🤕

I think Training Match scratches the itch for a few reasons…

You guys get the real deal: suffering, begging, muscles bulging under pressure and, of course, a whole lot of sweaty fun.

Me?

I basically get a second workout for the day.

Seriously… by the end of this one, it felt like I had just hit leg day all over again. 🤣

And considering how much time Jobbie spent trapped between them, I’m guessing he felt it too.

What to expect:

✅ Bearhugs
✅ Head Scissors
✅ Mounted Sorcerer
✅ Body Scissors
✅ Triangle Choke
✅ Rear Naked Choke
✅ And yes… KOs 😵

Props to Jobbie for holding out as long as he did in those scissors. 💪🏻

My favorite part?

Watching him right on that edge between consciousness and KO while trapped in the Head Scissors.

That one was fun. 😈

Anyone else want to give it a go?
