Fightplace Classics (video from 2011 / slightly lower quality due to its age)

Recently, we received several applications from fighters who wanted to compete at Fightplace.
Two of them stood out in particular: Luan and Fati.
Both impressed us with their clear desire to fight and their lean, athletic physiques. We invited them to a match in the attic, dressed in speedos.

As is often the case with new fighters, they start off very fast, fighting frantically and sometimes a bit recklessly. During a break, we advised them to use longer holds and to wait until the opponent submits. This made the fight calmer, but also significantly better.

Before their first fight, we show our new fighters some trailer videos so they have the opportunity to learn from others.
Luan applied this well and was able to free himself from Fati’s holds using “dirty wrestling.”

Overall, it can be said that both still have more potential to unlock, but we were quite satisfied with their debut.
We’re looking forward to seeing the guys again - and we believe it won’t be long before that happens.
