American Beefcake Wrestling strives to be a company that promotes class, dignity and decorum. But this match has barely started before Johnny delivers a series of revealing, ever-more-painful wedgies to Blayne's skimpy trunks, then cries to the ref when Blayne retaliates and adds in a few low blows, Ref Nightmare needs to continually break holds and reprimand first Blayne, then Johnny for acting less than professional.

The wrestlers eventually tire of Ref Nightmare's holier-than-thou attitude and team up to teach him a lesson. The ref finds himself at the mercy of the two muscle hunks, stripped of his shorts, tied to the turnbuckle and nearly choked out by Johnny's powerful quads and prodigious package. The payback continues with Blayne's verbal taunts ringing in his ears through a series of painful wedgies, a spanking, and head butts right to the groin before he passes out, smothered in a decidedly less-than-dignified double schoolboy.
