Ricardo Ruiz is training his abs for a bodybuilding competition. A few friends stop by and admire Ricardo's physique. He allows the friends to punch his rock hard abs to show how strong he is. After receiving a sucker punch, Ricardo's arms are held from behind while he receives intense gut punches and some navel play.
