🔥 Episode 2: My guest for this episode is Big Connor, a British bodybuilder whose incredible size and strength have been turning heads since his teenage years. Known for crushing and bending almost anything put in front of him, and for easily dominating any male who dares to challenge him, Connor has built a level of size and power that few can match 💪🏼
FULL INTERVIEW:
Q1: What are your stats (height, weight), and which sports do you currently do?
Big Connor: I’m 6’2’’ (188cm) and 254lbs (115kg). The only sport I currently do is bodybuilding. I started training when I was 14 years old and quickly developed an impressive physique, being considered one of the biggest and most muscular teenagers by the age of 16. Over the years, I’ve competed in more than 15 bodybuilding competitions, earning several top placings. My current measurements are 20” (51cm) biceps, 16” (41cm) forearms, a 52” (132cm) chest, 29” (74cm) quads, and 19” (48cm) calves.
Q2: What motivated you to transform your body and focus on building muscle?
Big Connor: I’ve always been obsessed with strength and size. Ever since I was a very young, I dreamed of being huge and powerful. As a teenager, I loved testing my strength against friends and could usually overpower them with ease, controlling them with my legs, arms, and body weight. I even started wrestling older adult men and was able to dominate them as well, which motivated me even more to keep training and getting stronger. Alongside bodybuilding, I’ve always enjoyed showing my raw strength with strength tests such as bending metal bars, snapping wooden planks, breaking a leather belt, and even crushing watermelons between my quads. I pack huge scary strenght, so now imagine when someone challenges me for a match… they feel this strenght first hand!
Q3: Which muscle group are you most proud of, and why?
Big Connor: Definitely my arms! Not many guys can grow their arms to over 20’’ (51cm). When I flex, my biceps become huge and rock solid! In fact, I've never lost an arm-wrestling match, which says a lot about the power I've developed in my upper body.
Q4: How would you describe your strength, and what sets your physique apart from others?
Big Connor: My strength is off the charts, but what really sets me apart is the control I have over it. I can turn the intensity up or down whenever I want, which makes it easy for me to toy with my opponents during a match. Easily I can bench press 397lb (180kg), dumbbell bicep curl 77lb (35kg), overhead press 265lb (120kg), and squat 441lb (200kg). Not many guys can put up those kinds of numbers.
Q5: Have you ever had your body muscle-worshipped before? What do you enjoy most about it?
Big Connor: Yes, plenty of times. I love the power and ego boost I get from it. I especially enjoy seeing people’s reactions when they realize I’m even bigger and stronger in person than they expected. My size, muscularity, and years of bodybuilding experience give me a level of power that most people aren’t prepared for when they meet me, whether it’s for muscle worship, strength tests, or a wrestling match.
