Dago and Marius in an extremely tough submission match.

Dago, who is only fighting his second match at Fightplace, asked us if he could face Marius. The two know each other by sight and are not exactly friends. So we expected an exciting match. We knew it would be intense - but we didn’t expect it to turn into a full-on punishment fight.

The guys enter the attic and warm up. After undressing, they lightly oil themselves to prevent injuries and skin abrasions.
The fight begins. Dago tries to grab Marius’s legs and take him down, but the solid and steady Marius immediately shows what he has learned at Fightplace.

About five minutes of tough grappling follow until Marius lands the first schoolboypin on Dago. He uses this position to wear him down. With body control and slaps, he demonstrates his dominance. It’s quite a sight to see the tanned Marius flexing his muscles while sitting on his opponent’s chest, proudly showing off his physique.

After this round, the match becomes even harder. Dago desperately tries to get hold of the highly dominant Marius, but Marius is simply stronger - and from that point on, he turns the situation into his game. There’s punching, pulling at clothing, and intimidation with ball grabs. Again and again, Marius traps the smaller Dago in tight, crushing leg scissors, often combined with headlocks that Dago cannot escape.

Dago is clearly impressed by Marius’s strength, speed, and techniques. He becomes more cautious - almost fearful - when facing his well-trained opponent. Meanwhile, Marius pushes him to his limits and wants to hear him whimper.

Since Dago barely speaks German, most of the conversation takes place in English. Marius insults him, calling him a “Pussy,” breaking him down not only physically but verbally as well.

After about 45 minutes, it’s over - over for Dago, for his strength, for any chance of turning the match around. Slightly injured, in pain, and completely worn down, he has to give up.

This was certainly not what he expected when he challenged Marius. Fully dressed, the slim Marius looks harmless, as if he couldn’t hurt a fly - but once undressed, it becomes clear that he is well-trained and has a lot to offer.
