Welcome to The Scissors Zone – where powerful legs take total control!
🔥 Episode 7: My guest for this episode is Kayden Keller, a well-known BGEast wrestler and a true powerhouse on the mats. His legs are explosive, rock-solid, and built for domination - once he locks them in, opponents struggle to escape. With years of experience in wrestling and submission grappling, Kayden uses his lower-body strength and precise control to effortlessly overpower anyone who dares step in his way 🐍
FULL INTERVIEW:
Q1: Tell us a bit about your sports background.
Kayden Keller: I’ve been wrestling in one form or another since high school. From amateur and professional matches to submission grappling and jiu-jitsu, I’ve always sought out new opponents and bigger challenges.
Q2: How would you describe your legs and lower-body strength?
Kayden Keller: I’d say my legs are one of my strongest attributes. Years of training have given me serious lower-body power and control, and I’ve made plenty of men submit once they’re caught between them. When I lock in, it doesn’t take long for opponents to realize just how effective that strength really is.
Q3: Which scissor hold is your favorite to apply, and why?
Kayden Keller: The bodyscissors is my favorite because it gives me complete control and the perfect view of how my opponent reacts under pressure. I can feel their resistance fade as the squeeze tightens, and it’s satisfying to watch them struggle to hold on before they’re forced to give in.
Q4: What does it feel like when someone is stuck between your thighs? How do people usually react to your squeeze?
Kayden Keller: I love the feeling of complete control when someone is caught between my thighs. Most opponents try to stay tough and fight it at first, but the pressure and positioning wear them down quickly and they’re forced to submit.
Q5: Do you think your leg strength is above average? At what percentage of power do most people tap?
Kayden Keller: My leg strength is definitely above average. I rarely need to use anywhere near 100% to make someone surrender completely. Knowing I have more power in reserve gives me confidence and control throughout the match.
Q6: When was the first time you applied a scissor hold? How did it feel, and what was their reaction?
Kayden Keller: It was during my early wrestling days with a training partner. I remember locking in the scissor hold and being surprised by how natural it felt. It didn’t take long for him to tap, and he was genuinely shocked by how easily I controlled the situation.
Q7: What’s the strongest scissors you’ve ever applied? What was the situation, and what were the damages afterwards?
Kayden Keller: The strongest scissors I’ve ever applied happened during a hard, competitive match where my opponent tried to tough it out in a headscissors. He underestimated the pressure and control, and ended up passing out cold between my thighs!
Q8: Describe your headscissors in one word. Any advice for someone daring enough to take them on?
Kayden Keller: DEVASTATING. Don’t try to be a hero: know your limits and tap early. Holding on too long against that kind of thigh strength isn’t smart!!
