Video details
Inspired on my friend Ribcrusher, Ive decided to make a video explained how to do a good squeezing using legs. My squeezetoy is WrestleAddicted, acceping his fate of being between my legs. Those are my favorite holds, together with bearhug. I dont know how to explain, but I feel a lot of pleasure squeezing guys!

Those muscles are called your adductor complex so adductor magnus, gracilis, pectineus etc. Most people can not scissor with their adductors without pulling them. They run almost vertical for the most part, there isn't much distance from the medial aspect of the femur and the ischial tuberosity where they attach on the pelvis so they don't have a mechanically advantageous angle to squeeze and they don't have many type 2 muscle fibers as they are stabilizers. From a simplistic standpoint they are the muscles that adduct but that doesn't mean that's where the power comes from. Focusing on a strong ankle lock and using the quads will give you a better squeeze that is safer for your groin. Where people get it wrong is that squeeze too hard too fast which reduces the motor recruitment (how heavy a weight you can move depends on how many muscle fibers are firing). When you snap shut like a bear trap the body guards itself and uses fewer fibers so you can't generate as much power and those fibers will fatigue faster killing your endurance. You, however, never seem to squeeze fast so you can get away with a lot more and I know how you train so you are more equipped to use less and get good results than most people. One of the other reasons I don't teach adductor only scissors is because people are more prone to anterior pelvic tilt and knee valguses which happens when you over develop and under stretch your adductors (there's a lot more to it than that but for the purpose of this discussion I just want people know that there are biomechanical drawbacks to working your adductors like you might your quads or glutes). Even from a leverage stand point adductor scissors aren't taking advantage of your full lever, just the top quarter to half, when you cross your ankles and use your quads you are utilizing a lever twice as long which is why tall guys can generate more force than short guys. So, if you want to use a rather small muscle group rather than a much larger and stronger one you can but it doesn't make much biomechanical sense to do so. In my 20's I still used adductor only scissors but once I became a personal trainer I switched and that's when I started tapping people consistently with mine.
