A hard day’s work at the fairground business escalates into a merciless power struggle. Mika, the well-trained and muscular boss, drives his young employee Carlo with commands and constant harassment. But out of frustration and pent-up resentment, Carlo finally finds the will to stand up against his superior’s tyranny. What begins as a heated argument turns into an uncompromising wrestling match - right outside, on a discarded tarpaulin.

Yet Carlo’s courage is not enough to withstand his boss’s raw strength. Mika grabs him, throws his subordinate to the ground, and mercilessly demonstrates his dominance. Slaps crack, blows rain down, and with brutal inevitability he strips his employee. A bright red backside, sweat, and spit become symbols of utter humiliation.

Slammed: After twenty minutes, Carlo is completely exhausted, humiliated, and broken.
Subdued: But the story does not end there. When Mika sends him to the trailer to fetch a new pair of underwear, Carlo regains a spark of hope. Summoning his last strength, he returns, determined to seek revenge. Yet even in overtime, Mika makes it clear who is in charge. Another ten long minutes of torment, holds, and humiliation follow until Carlo is finally finished.

In the end, only one image remains: Mika standing wide-legged and proud over the defeated body of his employee. A boss who triumphs - and a subordinate left broken behind.
