Great video with solid punching to the pecs, sternum, solar plexus, and abs. The sounds of the punches landing are unusually good and captured well. Some neat combinations too like pulling the nipple while punching the pec muscle behind it. The puncher also has a really good body, would like to see the guys trade places.
