The jobber is barefoot and bare chested in tights/leggings (although starting out with shoes), as the Jobber
and any Heel that would happen to be available
the Jobber begins to make fun of his wardrobe choice, so the Heel tells him he has a
warrant for the Jobber's arrest. Opting to fight him, the Jobber takes off his shoes and socks (or
sandals, whichever the actor prefers to wear) confidently
his toes nervously in front of the camera as the Heel cuffs him with his hands behind his back, offering
him the ultimatum of either being placed in a cell or choked out, wrapping an arm around his neck to
demonstrate his dominance
