A deactivated droid stands motionless, head hanging forward and eyes closed. After a moment, the android powers up: its head lifts in a slow, mechanical motion, eyes flickering as activation begins. It announces its startup sequence and scans the room with controlled left-to-right head movements, as if assessing its environment.
The android introduces itself with a stuttering vocal glitch characteristic of a unit still initializing and says to his master on what could he be of assistance. It begins a series of programmed motion tests, flexing its arms and legs and cycling through various strength-display poses. Throughout the sequence, it repeats that he is an obedient toy, that obedience is pleasure and occasionally tells the master that he would do anything for him.
Small motor faults start to appear, followed by speech irregularities. The glitches intensify until the android’s systems overload, leading to a complete shutdown as its head drops and the lights in its eyes fade.
