Newcomer Carlo is practicing a few boxing techniques with his trainer Mika. Mika is very strict, and his macho attitude is getting on Carlo's nerves.
After a few minutes, Carlo has had enough and pushes his trainer into the MMA cage. There, Carlo wants to show his master Mika what he's capable of.
But at that point, he hasn't yet realized that Mika is extremely strong and brutal.
Mika really puts his student through the wringer. Carlo is no longer laughing and feels the full force of Mika's power.
Hair pulling, gutpunching, nasty body scissors, and headlocks are just a few of the techniques Mika uses.
