This has nothing to do with gut punching either. The five or six mini-punches towards the stomach aren't even real. The rest of the video consists of boring groping on a stand. Nothing else happens. A complete fake video. No pain, no punching. It's a shame; it would be nice if videos were released beforehand as short promotional clips to give viewers an idea.
