It's Halloween night and Rocko's up late watching an old scary movie when a silent, creepy stranger knocks on his door. Tired, annoyed, and out of candy, Rocko sends the creepy tick 'r treater away. Big mistake! The masked mischief-maker is none other than trick AND treat, MPJ... and it turns out it isn't candy he's after, it's Rocko's musky size-11 feet... giving new meaning to the phrase, "Give me something good to eat!"
