- more bruising
- quicker KO
- less defense
Larger the glove
- less bruising
- less KO but more punch drun
- thicker defense
Opponents
Hard fights and spars +/- 15-20 lbs (suggested) - weight classes for a reason
Lighter stuff any size with talk about intensity
