I built my physique (as it is lol so far) with primarily 7-10 hours of yoga a week for the last few years. I’ll bend more than that lol. When I wrestled with OAKPromise he had me up in the air and doing back bends for over an hour and he said I was one of the most bendy guys he’s ever wrestled. 💪🧘♂️
