At the end of the video are the results of my abs after 1 hour of solid punches to my abs. This video shows the 2nd part of the session, after the "Cocky Boi Wants His Abs Broken" portion.

After the destruction of my abs, we decide to wrap it up, so the puncher has me purposely unflex my abs for $12 and take gut punches till I drop. This is seen in my previous video upload: "Unflexed Gut Punching - Dropped to the Ground".
