Tony, a university professor (dressed in a shirt and tight pants), arrives at Pat's office (the director of the institution, who wears a shirt and tie) asking to see a new program that's supposed to be a hit for increasing student concentration. Tony turns on the computer and shows him a video with a spiral, telling him to put on headphones. Pat is excited about the "good student" program and starts watching the video, saying that if he didn't know Tony's good reputation, he'd think it was a mind-control program. Then he laughs, "This is ridiculous, I'm not going to do—" But with each repetition of the spiral, his voice becomes more submissive, until he rolls his eyes and drools, saying, "Good students listen and obey. Good students don't doubt, don't question, don't resist. They just listen, learn, and obey." Tony takes off the headphones and asks, "Who are you?" "I'm a good student," Pat repeats. "The program has worked perfectly."Pat then spreads his arms and begins pacing the office like a zombie, constantly repeating, “Good students listen and obey. Good students don’t doubt, don’t question, don’t resist.” Tony sits in the principal’s chair and tells him will now be his slave.
