The rules are simple: 30 minute time limit, whoever has the most pitfalls or submissions at the end of the time limit is the winner. Two wrestlers are in the ring, one holds the camera, and one remains on the ring apron on deck. Whoever gets pinned or submits becomes the camera bitch, the camera bitch moves to being on deck, and the person on deck is now in the ring. The winner remains in with the opportunity to continue racking up points.
