Tony is also a leather-clad villain who finds his partner Tattoo Boy tied up. He helps his fellow villain free and together they will take revenge on Superman.
The villains manage to trick Superman and capture him. When the two villains go away to celebrate, Superman manages to get free. When the villains return, Superman pretends to be still tied up and surprises the villains and knocks them down. Superman ties the villains back to back and gags them with duct tape. At the end, we see the villains struggling to get free, but they have no chance.
