Q1: Tell us a bit about your sports background.
PaulGRinger: I’ve been weightlifting consistently for over 15 years, with a focus on building both strength and endurance - especially in my legs, which are my strongest asset. These days, I work as a personal trainer and I know exactly how to develop every muscle in the body for maximum power and control.
Q2: How would you describe your legs and lower-body strength?
PaulGRinger: My legs are big and hairy, with a solid mix of muscle and fat. Beneath that layer of mass lies pure bodybuilding-quality muscle. Years of heavy training have made them capable of incredible force: I can perfectly leg press up to 500kg (1.100lbs). My lower-body is dense, powerful and can deliver serious raw power every time.
Q3: Which scissor hold is your favorite to apply, and why?
PaulGRinger: I prefer the frontal headscissors. It’s a technical, high-control hold where my thigh strength does the work on its own. I love watching the opponent’s face change through different shades of red as the pressure builds, and seeing their expression shift from confident to completely overwhelmed, with fear showing in their eyes.
Q4: What does it feel like when someone is stuck between your thighs? How do people usually react to your squeeze?
PaulGRinger: When someone is stuck between my thighs, they’re usually shocked by the pressure and sheer force. Many think their ribs might break or their jaw could pop if they don’t submit in time. With a layer of fat around my quads, people often underestimate just how incredibly powerful my thighs are.
Q5: Do you think your leg strength is above average? At what percentage of power do most people tap?
PaulGRinger: My leg strength is definitely above average. Most people tap around 50% of my power - and I love to push past that, sometimes ignoring the tap just to see how far they can handle it.
Q6: When was the first time you applied a scissor hold? How did it feel, and what was their reaction?
PaulGRinger: The very first time I applied a scissor hold, I tried it on a melon and I crushed it in less than 3 seconds. That’s when I realized just how strong my legs really are and how deadly this hold could be on an opponent.
Q7: What’s the strongest scissors you’ve ever applied? What was the situation, and what were the damages afterwards?
PaulGRinger: A guy challenged me to a private wrestling match. I warned him my legs were extremely strong, but he didn’t take me seriously. Within two minutes, I trapped him in a bodyscissors and he tapped immediately, but I kept increasing the pressure. He ended up crying, begging me to release him. From that moment on, I dominated the entire match and his entire body for the next hour. I felt unstoppable.
Q8: Describe your headscissors in one word. Any advice for someone daring enough to take them on?
PaulGRinger: MERCILESS. Be warned: these Personal Trainer’s thick, hairy legs are not just for show, I’ve been training them hard to deliver a strong squeeze. Get ready!
