What happened at the end of this fight is already revealed by the film’s title.

Momo gave us quite a scare when he suddenly passed out in Bubu’s scissor hold. He was partly to blame himself - he should have tapped out earlier. But stubborn as he is, he wanted to endure until the bitter end. Bubu (18), who had taken quite a beating earlier in the match against Momo, was annoyed. Momo had repeatedly tried to break free from his holds and didn’t even shy away from crotch attacks. For the young Albanian, that was a no-go. On top of that, facing the bigger, heavier, and more experienced Momo wasn’t easy, and he had been forced to submit several times. So in the final moments of the fight, he gathered all his remaining strength. Once he locked his opponent into a leg scissor, there was no mercy for Momo. Bad news for him - especially since things had started out so well.

Originally, the film was meant to follow the theme: Young vs. Old! Momo wanted to show the youngster - who had already won many fights against his peers - who was boss that afternoon. And at first, it looked promising for him. Although Bubu fought hard from the very beginning, Momo was even more ruthless. He tore Bubu’s jeans and stripped him down, giving fans of nude fighting plenty to see 🙂

Bubu found himself trapped in painful positions, and we had never heard him scream like that in any previous fight. The harder he was hit, the fiercer he fought back. Long holds alternated with extremely fast exchanges. In fact, this film would have fit perfectly into our “Real Hard Scissors” series. But in the end, the chosen title seemed even more appropriate. Both fighters repeatedly relied on their leg scissors to take the other out - with real impact.

Finally, we’d like to add that Momo is doing reasonably well again. Hopefully, he has learned to tap out earlier next time - before things get too tight.
