I ordered this video and it was supposed to include the download option. After purchase, I'm able to watch the streaming video but I get a message when trying to download a copy: "You have not yet purchased the download option." I'm presented with the option to "buy" the download option for $0 but when I try to add this option to my cart, nothing gets added. Can someone look into why the download option did not get enabled for my original purchase? Thanks!
