🔥 Episode 8: My guest for this episode is MrQuadzilla, an amateur bodybuilder known for his devastating leg strength. His 28.5” (72cm) quads are massive, rock-solid, and inescapable! Using raw lower-body power and relentless control, he dominates anyone who dares test his thighs 🐍

Q1: Tell us a bit about your sports background.

MrQuadzilla: I started my fitness journey with powerlifting, then crossfit. After a bad knee injury and surgery, I started bodybuilding as an amateur.

Q2: How would you describe your legs and lower-body strength?

MrQuadzilla: My legs are among my best features - large and thick with a great mix of muscle and fat. My quads measure over 28.5” (72cm), while my calves measure 17” (43cm). On leg day my quads get pumped, the veins pop out, and I often catch other guys at the gym staring. In my powerlifting days, I hit PRs of a 200 kg deadlift and a 180 kg squat for 3 reps. Now I train with a mix of slow, controlled movements and explosive exercises.

Q3: Which scissor hold is your favorite to apply, and why?

MrQuadzilla: Headscissors all the way, especially frontal ones where I can watch my opponent’s face turn bloodshot red from the pressure. My thick inner quad muscles clamp down tight… you feel two massive, steel-hard pillars locking around your neck, squeezing tighter and tighter with every second, cutting off your air and leaving you completely at my mercy.

Q4: What does it feel like when someone is stuck between your thighs? How do people usually react to your squeeze?

MrQuadzilla: With my headscissors, your head fits snugly between my thick, meaty thighs. I first lock the hold so you immediately know who’s in control. The more you struggle, the more I squeeze and due to my oversized massive thighs, your head, neck and face will be completely swollen in pure, meaty muscle… You’ll be completely trapped and overwhelmed and you will have no chance but to tap. I may take some more seconds to release the pressure and seeing you tap even harder, gives me that rush that once my legs lock in, you’re nothing but a pet to me!

Q5: Do you think your leg strength is above average? At what percentage of power do most people tap?

MrQuadzilla: Definitely!! Ask any of my past opponents, and they’ll all agree my legs are ridiculously powerful! Even when I first started working out, my legs grew fast, adding massive weight to the rack. Within a year, I was lifting as much as the biggest guys at my gym. When I apply pressure, an untrained jobber taps out in seconds - often before applying half of my full power. Nonetheless, all submit.

Q6: When was the first time you applied a scissor hold? How did it feel, and what was their reaction?

MrQuadzilla: The first time I put someone in a scissor hold was Alexwrestler, back in 2019. I was impressed when he admitted they were some of the strongest scissors he’d ever felt, and I loved seeing adult men struggle between my thighs. Alex pushed me to keep building my legs and inner quads, making my scissors even stronger. He even came up with my current wrestler name: MrQuadzilla.

Q7: What’s the strongest scissors you’ve ever applied? What was the situation, and what were the damages afterwards?

MrQuadzilla: It was on a jobber who told me to go all out, saying I wouldn’t have to worry about consequences. So I did, several times, leaving him on the brink of passing out. My legs are really, very, very strong! People don’t understand how strong they are until they feel my raw strength around their neck… it’s a lot to take, overwhelming! For the next few days, his neck was so sore he could barely move, and I got turned on knowing the damage my quads could deliver!

Q8: Describe your headscissors in one word. Any advice for someone daring enough to take them on?

MrQuadzilla: INEVITABLE. It’s like a lethal trap: at first, you feel seduced, tempted to test their power, but the moment you’re caught, you regret it instantly.
