Q1: What are your stats (height, weight), and which sports do you currently do?

Alexxwrestler: People often think I’m really tall and big, but in reality I’m 5’7” (170 cm) and 140 lbs (64 kg). Right now, I focus on gym training - I aim to work out at least five times a week, making sure to hit each muscle group twice per week.

Q2: What motivated you to transform your body and focus on building muscle?

Alexxwrestler: Ever since I was around 8 years old, I’ve been fascinated by guys with big muscles. I loved how their bodies could look soft and relaxed, then instantly turn hard and defined with just a flex. I was also a big fan of strongman-type shows, where athletes would bend objects and showcase their power. I always wanted to be able to do that when I grew up, and that became my main motivation to hit the gym and build a physique that looks shredded and rock-solid when I flex.

Q3: Which muscle group are you most proud of, and why?

Alexxwrestler: My biceps, for sure. They’re really big for my height… when I flex, they almost look like baseballs! They currently measure 15.5” (39 cm), which is bigger than many guys who are taller and heavier than me. I’m really proud of them, and I train them hard to keep them growing.

Q4: How would you describe your strength, and what sets your physique apart from others?

Alexxwrestler: I’m extremely strong for my stats, and when you combine that with my grappling experience, it makes my wrestling style very powerful and effective. Opponents often underestimate me at first, but once they feel my control and pressure, they quickly understand why I’m considered a serious competitor. I’ve consistently performed well against both similar-sized and larger opponents, and I continue to rely on a mix of strength, technique, and control to win most of my matches.

Q5: Have you ever had your body muscle-worshipped before? What do you enjoy most about it?

Alexxwrestler: Yes, I have. I really enjoy the moment when I flex and my physique changes shape and intensity right in front of my opponent. Most people don’t expect how much my body tightens and defines under pressure. It adds another layer to the match, where strength and control are not just felt, but also clearly seen.
