As the previous commenter noted, an obvious improvement would be having the light not getting into the field of view of the camera.

Another great vid, although it looked like it hurt. But one criticism, the camera took me out of it because it kept getting in the shot. Also, could you do a naval vid? It would probably be a lot less painful.
