This game is UFC3, available on PS4 and Xbox One. There is a more recent version; UFC4, but they are on the same consoles. They are compatible via backwards compatibilty on current gen consoles.

There really isn't a wrestling game on par with this apart from maybe the WWE 2KXX (e.g. 2K22) games but I don't play those.
