Felipe doesn't apply a hold for too long, say 20-30 seconds max, but keeps applying new and different holds all the time. There is a song that's called "50 ways to leave your lover". The title to this video should be "30 ways to hurt your opponent". Incredible!! I swear even a seasoned grappler might learn a thing or two from watching this video.
