Try out this competitive grappling game to help improve your grappling skills. This game has a heavy emphasis from underground wrestling. The focus of this game is to control your partner’s head and hips, while prevent preventing them from getting yours.

The way the game works you can set rounds and from 3 to 5 minutes you’re trying to get a three second hold of their head or butt against your bulge. After a three count reset.

If you are more advanced handicap yourself by only going for one area, so your partner knows how to defend or only scoring in certain positions such as back or mount

If you are newer, have your partner start in a position of your choosing and they have to escape or just try to get a quick bump or thrust
