It started with a muscular younger guy punching the lean guy’s abs. Despite the relaxed, almost nonchalant pace, the hits still landed hard. The lean guy took every punch in silence, not making a single sound, while another, bigger muscular guy held his arms to make sure he couldn’t dodge or avoid any of the blows.
After a few minutes, the warm-up was over, and it was time for the real training to begin. The lean guy now had to face both muscular guys.
They took turns delivering powerful punches to his abs, each strike aimed at hitting as hard as possible and pushing him to his limits. Despite the relentless blows, the lean guy refused to give up. He used the moment to train both his abdominal strength and his pain tolerance, managing to endure the entire session even as the two punchers tried their best to knock him out.
