We are starting with a punching warmup on the boxing bag. From there we go straight into one long round of intense sparring.
Even though we decided to go for body shots only, we occasionally also went for the face. However, you will see that Alex had way
more opportunities to hit me due to my lagging defense. Watch how we are starting to get more and more exhausted and sweaty with every passing minute, until we are completely drained.
