Simple. This episode contains every single piece of armpit domination. Since the beginning of the video u can see were the victim sat in a chair and Arthur approaching start to have a devilish plan. He want to feed his hungry armpit and make the slave face a dump place for the stinky armpit of him.
He suffocate until the end because of the bad scent and also he sometimes cannot breathe through the nose and the mouth. Very humilliating
