Fer is Tony's employee who has long fantasised about Tony and has finally decided to play out the fantasy.
Fer sneaks up behind Tony sat at his desk and starts to dominate him.

Fer makes Tony walk around like a zombie arms out in front of him, eyes rolling and crossing and makes him repeat that "I am dominated and love Fer".
After that Fer has Tony act like an alpha gorilla.
Then Fer makes Tony perform a sexy bodybuilder and stripper dance removing his shirt and trousers as he points at Fer and dances and humps the air and winks and blows him a kiss with his hand as well as tries to impress Fer with muscular flexing poses.
Fer also makes Tony salute him at times.
Fer loves what he sees and again laughs that Tony is completely owned
Tony gets dressed again and decides to go find Fer.
Tony finds Fer and is angry and tells him he knows that Fer did something to him and that Fer is fired from his job, but Fer shouts "FREEZE" and Tony stands frozen with his hands up palms showing
Fer has some fun admiring Tony whilst he is frozen then rings the bell again and Tony comes back to awareness kisses Fer and gets down on one knee and begs him to marry him again. Fer laughs again.
The final scene has Tony sat in just his long sleeved shirt masturbating as Fer is stood behind him
