Assuming you like some challenge here is an idea for you.
Punch stairs
You take 1 punch, 5 second break then 2 punches, 5 second break, then 3 punches etc. your goal is to complete as many “stairs” as you can or out last the puncher who can’t keep up with the stairs. The catch is the first punch of each interval of 5 has to be taken unflexed.
Really want to challenge yourself before a punching session complete an intense abs workout then finish it off with a 5 minute really hard really fast gut punching session.
