It's not easy to find a real live wrestling "dummy" to work over. in this scenario I work over my smaller opponent in multiple submission holds. Sometimes not even aware of my strength until my friend is knocked out in
my sleeperhold. Hard to stay awake trapped tight between these biceps and forearms. The headscissors can be just as brutal. Really liked to practice with this friend. He's a great sport.
