Custom requests

With Custom requests, viewers can ask content creators to fulfill their dreams, in a secure and easy-to-use way

Important for content creators:
Don't forget to enable the option "Accept custom requests" in your channel settings.
Why use custom requests on WatchFighters and not just send a message?
  1. For security and peace of mind: Both parties agree to the price and content. The money is held by WatchFighters, giving the content creator the security that the money was paid. But also giving the viewer the security for a full refund if the content creator is not delivering the product.
  2. For privacy reasons: Custom requests can be made anonymously. If you have a kinky request, be not ashamed to ask for it! If you decide to stay anonymous, the content creator will at no point in the process know your identity. But at the same time, he knows when WatchFighters received the money and can start his production.
  3. Support: At any time in the process, the request can be escalated. We will then try our very best to settle the case.

Getting started
They are two ways to initiate a custom request:
For viewers:
  1. The viewer can post an open request that any channel can apply to.
  2. The viewer can contact a specific channel, and ask them directly.
For content creators:
  1. Make yourself available: First, enable custom content in your settings. This will indicate to the site that you accept customs requests. The system will then notify you every time a new open request is posted. You can decide if you wish to participate. It will also allow viewers to find your channel under the new subpage for custom requests.
  2. Take the initiative: You can also browse open public requests, and approach the poster at any time.

How does it work?
The system will guide both parties through the whole process.
Every step along the way has a clear description and was designed to be as streamlined as possible.
The progress bar on the top guides you along the way:
  1. Starting - The Viewer comes up with an idea for a project.
  2. Discussion - Creator and Viewer come to an agreement on the content and price.
  3. Checkout and pay - The content and price are decided. The viewer pays and the money is put on hold.
  4. Filming - The Creator is filming the project.
  5. Delivered - The finished video is delivered to the Viewer and the Creator gets paid.
  6. Happy end - The project is finished and everyone is happy!

The Channel Editor was extended with a new panel for custom requests.
