To minimize the transaction fees associated with bank transfers, credit card processing, and currency conversion, we don't process every payment immediately. Instead, we aggregate your payouts for efficiency. Upon activation of your account for monetization, as detailed in our "Activation for Monetization" document, you will gain access to a comprehensive overview of all your transactions in your Wallet.

Once you've successfully submitted your payout details, you will start receiving money from us automatically when your accumulated balance reaches a minimum of 100 EUR/USD/GBP. If you prefer to withdraw an amount less than 100, please initiate a manual withdrawal request on your wallet page. Refer to point 1 below for the Payout schedule.

We will instantly notify you once we initiate the transfer of your funds. Please note that it typically takes 1-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your bank account. Weekends and public holidays may cause minor delays in fund transfer. You can monitor the status of your payouts in your wallet.

You have the flexibility to receive your payouts either through SEPA (EU only), cryptocurrency, or via our international banking partner, Paxum.

1) Payout schedule

• 1.1) Weekly (automatic)
  • SEPA Payouts are weekly, usually each Monday; public holidays might delay payouts.
  • Please note that banks take, on average, 1-3 days for processing.
• 1.2) Monthly (automatic)
  • All other payouts are monthly to reduce your overall payout cost.
• 1.3) ℹ️ Manual payout
  • In addition to our monthly automatic payouts, you can click the 'manual payout' link in your wallet to initiate a payout at any time and receive your available funds immediately. For Paxum and Cryptocurrency, these manual payouts are free of charge from WatchFighters.
• 1.4) ⚠️ Note: All incoming transactions are on hold for 48 hours before they become available for payout.

2) Payout options

2.1) General information and recommendation

• 2.1.1) Our system sends reminders to enter your payout details once your channel reaches 10EUR/USD/GBP.
• 2.1.2) You can review and update your payout details at any time on your payout-settings page.
• 2.1.3) For EU channels, we recommend weekly SEPA payouts.
• 2.1.4) For USD, ACH transfers can be initiated over Paxum. Please see point 2.2.1 below.
• 2.1.5) If you are outside the EU, you can also enter your EUR SEPA details using online banks such as Wise or Revolut, which provide you with a EUR account number. Note, depending on your content, you might violate these online bank's terms of service if your content falls into the restricted category; please read your online bank's terms of service before proceeding.
• 2.1.6) International SWIFT payouts are, at the moment, only available over Paxum.
• 2.1.7) If Paxum cannot process your bank details, we recommend a cryptocurrency payout.
• 2.1.8) PayPal payouts are not possible, as PayPal does not support the adult industry.
• 2.1.9) In any case, the bank account holder's name has to match your ID and WatchFighters channel owner.
• 2.1.10) For all Paxum and Cryptocurrency payouts, your wallet will track the status of your payout in real-time (updated once an hour), including the transaction ID that you can use for all queries regarding your payout.

2.2) Paxum (Bank transfer)

• 2.2.1) No Paxum Account Required: You will receive an email from paxum.com with the subject "Incoming payment from CMWF Services" on the payout day. By following the link in this email, you can access your funds by choosing the "EFT" method for local (such as ACH) payouts with low fees. Or the more expensive but worldwide available "Wire" option for SWIFT transfers. The link will expire after five days, and the amount will be returned to us.
• 2.2.2) If you already have a Paxum account, you can simply enter your email address. (Note: Personal Paxum accounts are currently not available in the USA).
• 2.2.3) Tracking and Support: If you contact Paxum support, use the 8-digit' Ref' number in your wallet. The wallet event will display the status of 'pending', 'completed', or 'failed' in real-time (updated once an hour).
• 2.2.4) Failed payments are automatically refunded to your wallet

2.3) Cryptocurrency

• You can choose from the most popular cryptocurrencies and provide your cryptocurrency wallet ID and network.

🇪🇺 2.4) SEPA for EU channels

• In addition to the options above, we offer you weekly SEPA transfers.
  • We only need your bank account's BIC and IBAN.

3) Fees

WatchFighters does not charge any additional fees for payouts, but banking fees will apply:

• 3.1) Paxum: ACH withdrawals in USD cost $5. Fees for other countries and currencies vary and will be displayed during withdrawal. At that time, you can refuse the payout.
• 3.2) Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin payouts cost approximately 0.00025BTC per transaction. Other cryptocurrencies have similar fees per transaction.
• 3.3) EU SEPA: No fees. Most banks do not charge fees for incoming SEPA transactions, but exceptions may apply.

Given that the fees are usually fixed and not a percentage, we schedule payouts monthly (see 1.2) to maximize your earnings (except for SEPA (see 1.1)). However, you are free to request a manual payout at any time (see 1.3).
