Found this very rare footage of myself having a quick sparring round with my boxing coach from back in 2020.

This was during the pandemic, the gyms were closed but I managed to secure private lessons at home.

Every now and then I challenged myself (and my lungs) to last a few rounds of sparring with my younger ,faster and more experienced coach.
